President and founder of Aspen Homes, Tracey Bridges, brings 30 plus years of experience in residential construction and currently holds a General Contractors license in North and South Carolina. He has held executive level positions for several of the top builders in the US including the #1 volume builder in the country. This valuable experience coupled with his degree in finance are reasons why he has maintained a strong company with steady growth. With regards to company operations, Tracey focuses on seeking out new strategic homesite locations and the development of those homesites.
Nancy Fogt | Vice President and Realtor
Aspen Homes Sales and Marketing is managed by Tracey’s wife, Nancy. Nancy has her Broker’s License in North and South Carolina. One of Nancy’s strengths is in assisting customers through the design and selection process. During this process long term friendships have been developed and maintained long after the closing of the customer’s home. “Assisting customers with selections that personalize their homes is a very rewarding experience. Building a “custom house” is a great accomplishment in itself however ensuring a house reflects the unique taste and style of the client is what turns our house into their home. Erik Fogt | Construction Manager
Erik Fogt is the Construction Manager and assumes responsibility for scheduling, coordination and overseeing the entire construction process for each home he is assigned. Erik spends most of his time in the field at the homes. He will become the primary contact for customers. During the construction of the clients home a close and trusting relationship is always formed with Erik overseeing the process. “Having someone like Erik in the field is a great asset for Aspen Homes”, says homeowner, Jack Hogan.
